The Evoko Meeting Room Manager is a simple, stylish solution that takes the pain out of booking rooms – both booking them and knowing when they have been booked. Unclear procedures, double bookings and uncertainty about whether a room is free or not can be banished to the past, making the whole system far more professional, stream-lined, easy-to-use and ultimately less likely to fail.
At point of booking, all users need to do is simply book the room using Microsoft Outlook (on Exchange), which means that the IT department has no more of a network headache than creating a new system user. Outlook then synchronises bookings in real time.
